Tricia Lucas

Tricia Lucas, Co-Founder of Lucas Select and Recruiting Partner of Novus Resources, has over 25 years of demonstrated success in marketing communications, social media, recruiting, technical sales, business development, and project management. Tricia has been involved in nine start-up technology companies as well as sales and marketing roles at IBM, QMS-Minolta, SAS. Most recently, she started Lucas Select, a recruiting and consulting company to help organizations recruit more efficiently by focusing on: Recruiting Efficiencies, Employer Branding, and Social Media.

She currently develops strategic international marketing recruitment plans to enhance proactive candidate generation programs, candidate processing, and onboarding systems needed to support world–class engagement marketing, employee retention, and talent management programs.

She is a board member of the Triangle chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA). She is also a devoted supporter of Animal Welfare issues, as shown by her roles as the Head of the NC volunteers for the Humane Society of the United States and NC Voters for Animal Welfare, Second Chance, and the SPCA.

Tricia Lucas earned her MBA from University of South Alabama and Bachelor of Arts in Communications Management from Spring Hill Jesuit College.
