Richard Jordan is a human resources executive with US and international experience and a proven record of developing and implementing strategic solutions, driving organizational change and enhancing value in enterprise software, IT services, airline, sports and entertainment, financial services, transportation, human capital consulting, pharmaceutical and not-for-profit sectors.
He has demonstrated expertise in strategic talent management programs; recruitment, selection and assessment; retention, workforce planning; organizational development; process improvement; change management and career coaching. Jordan has served in HR leadership roles, particularly in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition and HR operations.
Jordan was most recently heading-up the talent management function for AEG in Los Angeles, California, and has held global leadership positions at Equifax, RTI International, Ryder System, Shire Pharmaceuticals, J.D. Edwards, Compaq Computer and British Airways.
Richard has a postgraduate diploma in human resources management from the University of West London. He is a member of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and serves on the Global Special Advisory Panel of the Society of Human Resource Management. In addition he is an active member of Triangle SHRM.
Jordan is also certified by the British Psychological Society as an occupational test practitioner and a certified administrator and trainer of the DDI “Targeted Selection” competency-based selection methodology, MBTI and Tilt365 certified practitioner.
