Glenn Conway

Glenn Conway, Founder of Conway PM Consulting, is an operations leader with extensive experience in business and financial operations and program management.   He has led major implementation and change management projects for domestic and international employers and clients, and has consulted management teams and private investors how to operate more efficiently and effectively.

Through his career he has managed 300+ discrete projects, directed multi-national teams deploying or operating multiple $billion worth of equipment and systems, and directly managed to 200 staff as a Vice President with a Fortune 500 Corporation.   He has held roles and/or consulted  in many industries, providing a broad background for starting Career Odyssey.

Mr. Conway founded Career Odyssey, LLC in 2013 after developing the prototype Career Odyssey web service with his son Christopher.

Glenn is passionate about helping companies and people to connect and to execute at a very high level.  He is also a catalyst to reduce the time it takes for most business processes.  His vision for the ‘Odyssey’ service includes making it a highly effective Talent Management tool to be used for internal and external talent selection and management.
