As a Financial and Human Dynamics Strategist, Dana Gower combines his analytical abilities with people strengths to help companies attract and retain high-performance individuals and teams. He has experience in running his own investment advisory business, which includes marketing and operations. Previously, he served as a full-charge Human Resources Manager for diverse units of a Fortune 500 corporation for over 15 years. He was HR Manager for a major business unit that scored highest in the history of the company on employee opinion surveys.
Dana believes that attracting and developing top talent and maintaining a culture of success is no different for a business as it is for a championship sports team. Talent management starts with strong leadership and must include branding and metrics management. Additionally, coaches are just as concerned about the players’ performance on the field as they are about each player’s long term goals and any roadblocks to success.
Dana Gower holds an MBA in finance from Rollins College in Orlando, Florida. He is the co-author of Careering – How To Find And Maintain Meaningful Work (Fall 2014 release) and has five children.
