Ali Ghiassi

Ali Ghiassi is a sales and recruiting professional with over seven years of demonstrated success in talent acquisition and project management in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance sectors in both the U.S. and Mexico. Ali has held various leadership roles with Aerotek, Inc., and is currently tasked with driving business and managing regional delivery for their Life Sciences offering.

In addition, Ali has held board positions with several non-profit and startup organizations, participating, planning and implementation of targeted events/goals.

Ali is an accomplished public speaker and has made presentations on Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Recruiting Best Practices, and Job/Interview Preparation for business leaders and in-transition professionals.

By creating strategic partnerships, Ali is able to focus on implementing effective and efficient programs for talent management, internal and contractor on-boarding, employee retention, as well as diversity and inclusion program implementation. Ali has been able to lower costs by reducing attrition and increasing employee engagement across his client organizations.

Ali Ghassi earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a triple major in International Business, Economics, and Spanish.
